Job Summary The Program/Project Support Coordinator II - Outreach Coordinator supports the mission of the Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) and Show-Me ECHO by coordinating recruitment, outreach, and engagement activities that expand participation and awareness across Missouri. This position ensures program goals and objectives are achieved in alignment with strategic plans, funding requirements, and organizational priorities. The Outreach Coordinator will utilize knowledge of Missouri's healthcare landscape to recruit healthcare professionals to join Show-Me ECHO programs, educate individuals and organizations about MTN initiatives, and represent the program at conferences, stakeholder meetings, and public forums. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex information clearly, and the professionalism to represent MTN and the University in a variety of settings. Key Responsibilities Outreach and Recruitment Program and Project Coordination Marketing and Communications Collaboration Core Expectations * Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and ethical standards in all interactions. _______________________________________ Working Relationships The Outreach Coordinator is part of the MTN outreach and recruitment team and works closely with program staff, faculty experts, and external partners. This position reports to MTN leadership and plays a vital role in expanding the reach, participation, and impact of Show-Me ECHO programs across Missouri. Shift
Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in outreach, recruitment, marketing, or program coordination, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $22.10-$31.50 hourly Application Materials
