The IFB (Individual & Family Business) Broker Experience Representative serves as a key point of contact for our broker partners, providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. This role is responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, answering inquiries related to enrollment, eligibility, marketing, and more, while ensuring a seamless experience for our brokers. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Serve as the primary resource for broker service inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Triage and resolve questions related to marketing materials and/or enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with broker partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.


Required Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, health insurance, or broker services.
  • Experience with Individual & Family Business (IFB) products


Preferred Qualifications



  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and issue resolution experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This position is a Remote role.To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have a primary home address located within any state where Medica is registered as an employer - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI

The full salary grade for this position is $41,300 - $70,800. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $41,300 - $61,950. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
