Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Job Duties

  • Tracks assembly line status, machine run times, and completes assembly daily production report, ensuring customer quality targets are met through best practices
  • Operates assembly machines in safe manner to meet daily production requirements.
  • Follows safety procedures, work instructions and standards for each equipment and/or process.
  • Provides communication to supervisor in regards to machine status, assembly targets, results and any other issues. Communicates with shift leader floor status.
  • Maintains clean and orderly work space through 6S principles and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Performs Quality and Machine checks as required
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 35 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
