Your Job

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to join Finance Technology Partners. In this role, you will serve as an embedded business partner, working directly with Finance and business teams to identify opportunities, develop AI-enabled solutions, and deliver measurable business value. Acting as a forward-deployed AI resource, this role bridges business needs and technical capabilities by partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to move ideas from concept to measurable business outcomes. The position focuses on opportunity discovery, solution design, AI enablement, and value realization rather than software engineering or enterprise platform development.

Finance Technology Partners helps Finance create value through aalytics, automation, AI enablement, and business transformation. We partner closely with business leaders to improve decision-making, modernize capabilities, and unlock opportunities through technology and data-driven insights.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT teams, and business leaders to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, automation, and decision intelligence can improve business performance, and move solutions from concept to implementation
  • Design and prototype solutions that solve business problems and improve decision-making
  • Drive adoption of approved AI tools, reusable solutions, and best practices
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve solutions to increase productivity and business impact

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience developing analytics, reporting, forecasting, automation, or decision-support solutions that improve business outcomes
  • Experience translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and recommendations
  • Experience working with business and technology teams to deliver process improvements, digital capabilities, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience in/with SAP, Finance processes, and enterprise data
  • Experience leveraging analytics, business intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled tools to solve business problems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in Finance, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial business functions
  • Experience with SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, Power Query, Python, VBA, or other analytics and automation tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI assistants, or AI-enabled business solutions
  • Experience building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or business cases for emerging technologies
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or digital transformation initiatives
