Description
Summary A Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor provides technical leadership and daily oversight to a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Programmers. This role balances front-line team management to optimize manufacturing processes, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure schedule adherence. This position demands an agile leader who can balance daily operational firefighting with long-term strategic initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement on the production floor by applying Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and maximize throughput. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations will play a pivotal role. About Crissair, Inc. Compensation and Benefits Offered Actual base salary offered to the selected applicant will be based on their work location, qualifications, job related skills, relevant education, and training experience. Base salary range Minimum $120,000 - Maximum $124,000 Crissair offers the following benefits to regular full time employees:
