Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • HS education or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications or training in quality control is a plus



Experience Requirements and Job Duties

  • Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Additional certifications or training in quality control a plus.
  • Previous experience in industrial manufacturing highly desirable.
  • Experience in reading electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment and measurement tools; experience with a multimeter is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in both A/C and D/C electricity.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical circuits using schematics and a multimeter.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector.
  • Previous experience in industrial manufacturing highly desirable.
  • Experience in reading electrical schematics



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
