UNC Health is seeking a clinically oriented, board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our cancer care team at UNC Health Appalachian in a part-time, flexible capacity. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking reduced clinical hours, semi-retirement, academic balance, or supplemental practice while remaining engaged in a high-quality multidisciplinary oncology program. The selected physician will support radiation oncology services at the Seby B. Jones Regional Cancer Center in Boone, North Carolina, working alongside experienced medical and surgical oncology colleagues. We offer structured disease-site programs in thoracic, breast, GI, GYN, and GU oncology, as well as weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards, robust patient navigation, and access to clinical trials through our partnership with UNC Health in Chapel Hill.
