Position Title: Student Connection & Achievement Manager, Roberto Hernandez Center Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Student Affairs Manager Job Duties: What You Will Do: Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, the Student Connection & Achievement Manager provides leadership for the daily operations, programs, services, and initiatives of the Roberto Hernández Center. The position advances student success by fostering engagement, belonging, leadership development, and academic achievement among Latino/a/e students and other students served by the Center. The Student Connection & Achievement Manager oversees the implementation and assessment of programs and services that support the Center's mission, supervises professional and student staff, manages fiscal and operational resources, and develops collaborative partnerships across campus and within the community. The Roberto Hernandez Center (RHC) was founded in 1970 as the Spanish Speaking Outreach Institute with a mission to uplift and empower Latino/a students. Compensation: Starting annual salary between $59,000 - $62,000 (Final offer will be determined by experience, education and qualifications at the time of hire).
