About the Role

What You'll Do



  • Obtain, input, and meticulously update music metadata within a sophisticated repertoire management database.
  • Conduct thorough research to locate and verify music information that may not be readily available, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactively cleanse existing metadata, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain the integrity of the database.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of content management systems by providing reliable and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as project priorities evolve.


What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience with recorded music and database management.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, organization, and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proven resourcefulness in research, with a strong ability to locate and verify complex information.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to pivot quickly as priorities and project needs change.
  • Solid knowledge of recorded music, music publishing, and label copy.
