Pay Range - $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities

Our Material Handlers are responsible for preparing and shipping Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products. They use a variety of industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines, to safely and accurately label and move product for shipment to our customers.

Hearth & Home Technologies believes in the power of Lean Manufacturing. Our distribution environments emphasize flow-where slow is smooth, and smooth becomes fast. Our Material Handlers work within a team-driven environment to move quality products safely and improve our efficiencies.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing.
• 1 year of work experience
• Forklift driving experience preferred
• Current forklift or tugger certification or ability to obtain such is required
• Bronze level BPI certification

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED and 0-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
