Schedule:



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements



  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on screen-printing experience.


Job Duties



  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.
  • Assist with projects involving the proper selection and application of inks.
  • Understand and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the cleanroom and screen-printing work areas.
  • Produce products that consistently meet established quality control standards.
  • Perform prototype testing and other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned.
  • Make independent decisions regarding manufacturing processes and equipment while performing job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understand and comply with ISO requirements for manufacturing.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and proper waste-management practices.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Screen Print Production Associate.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
