The Training Administrator is responsible for coordinating, administering, tracking, and supporting training programs across the organization. This role ensures the smooth operation of training initiatives by managing logistics, maintaining training records, monitoring compliance, supporting learners, and providing data-driven insights on training effectiveness. Working Conditions Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and multifunction printers. May include prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. May include some evening hours. The Training Facilities hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Occasional travel to all Training Facilities and bank locations will be required. Physical Activities: These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. May spend significant time doing computer work. Physical demands of standing for long periods of time, good eyesight and hand/finger dexterity, and ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 50 pounds.
