Summary: The Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships is accountable for managing the day to day commercial partnerships from the launch and onboarding of newly signed partners through their long-term growth and retention. Strategic Partnerships is a channel within the sales organization, and this role is a senior, field-based role at the intersection of sales, business development, operations, and execution. The Sr. Director's main role is the successful implementation, execution, and performance management of newly signed partnerships, ensuring that every partner is brought online cleanly across internal and external stakeholders and positioned to perform from day one. Success in this role requires deep fluency in how the company's portfolio products are sold and distributed within long-acting pain management and related therapeutic areas including the operational realities of both W-2 and 1099 commercial models and the judgment to translate signed agreements into functioning, revenue-generating relationships. This role has no direct reports at present. The Sr. Director may build and lead a small implementation or partnership team as the function expands. InteractionThe incumbent works closely with Business Development, Insights & Analytics, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Professional Education, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external strategic partners and distributors. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $204,000 annually to $265,000 annually. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered.
