Are you a numbers person who also enjoys helping people understand what the numbers actually mean?MaineHealth'sCoastal Regionis looking for aSenior Financial Analystto join our team in afully remote role.

You'll partner with leaders across the region to help them understand their financial performance, build and manage operating budgets, analyze variances, and identify trends and opportunities. Rather than simply producing reports, you'll help turn financial information into practical insights leaders can use to make better decisions.We're looking for someone with at least3 years of accounting or financial analysis experiencewho is comfortable working independently, digging into the details, and building strong relationships with the teams they support.

Summary:
The position is responsible for supporting and assuring accurate preparation of division operating budgets, serving as the financial consultant for operational departments and Service Lines, and leads ongoing variance and financial reporting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
2. Experience: 3 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferred. Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
