From identifying customer needs and managing inventory to supporting parts deliveries and maintaining an organized parts department, you'll play a key role in helping our customers maximize uptime throughout the growing season. What You Will Do:



  • Support customers with parts solutions: Assist internal and external customers by identifying and providing the correct parts and accessories in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: Receive, ship, stock, and organize parts while supporting inventory control processes, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting
  • Merchandise and maintain displays: Help maintain an organized, professional parts department and retail sales floor that meets dealership standards and supports customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions and documentation: Record sales, customer transactions, and inventory activity using company systems while supporting efficient department operations.

What You Will Need:



  • Parts and industry knowledge: Formal parts training and/or relevant industry experience with the ability to understand mechanical and technical terminology.
  • Technical and computer skills: Experience using business software applications; knowledge of parts operating systems is preferred.
  • Customer service excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Organization and attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
