Eng Spec, VRT Co-Lead / Quality Process Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Wayne, Michigan). Support VRT with statistical process control and data analysis. Apply Quality principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. Analyze root causes, engage in mapping and corrective actions to reduce inventory. Lead role in resolving assembly related concerns. Lead variability reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices. Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool and 6 panel.
