Summary:
The Test Technician provides support and debug for test processes in manufacturing. Offering support to the Test Technician Supervisor with day to day operations through leading projects and problem solving for junior Technicians.

Supervision:
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role;
- Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization and with customers;
- Ability to work on the most complex products and issues

Compensation Range: $30.45 to $38.67 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
