UNC Primary Care at Chatham, in Siler City, is hiring a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.

Located off Medical Park Road near Chatham Hospital, we provide medical care to a diverse population, including patients with chronic medical conditions and special needs. We will partner with every member of your family to help them lead a healthy lifestyle. We treat the whole person, tending to your physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Practice Hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday-Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm

Job Qualifications:

  • Medical School Graduate (MD/DO)
  • Board certified internal medicine or family medicine required
  • NC State License preferred

Education Requirements:
* Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* None required.
* DEA;ACLS;MD
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.REASONING ABILITYHigh-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNorth Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
