Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of Henry Schein One's marketing automation platform and related technology stack. The position serves as a hands-on contributor in managing the marketing automation platform and associated systems that enable marketing campaign execution, data flow, and performance reporting. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, RevOps, Business Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to support the development and optimization of marketing programs, data processes, and reporting capabilities. This includes contributing to scalable process design, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing overall operational efficiency across marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires a combination of technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms and strong operational capabilities, including program execution, quality assurance, data governance, troubleshooting, and analysis. The position plays a key role in supporting campaign effectiveness, improving marketing performance, and increasing confidence in reporting through structured experimentation and continuous process improvement. This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.About the Role
