About the Job

The University of Minnesota Medical School Department of Family Medicine and Biobehavioral Health seeks a part-time faculty member (0.16875 FTE - 6.75 hours per week) for the education of medical students. Our regional medical campus at Duluth educates medical students toward medical careers in rural family medicine and Native American health, with early and longitudinal clinical experiences. Part-time faculty appointment would be on the Academic Track. The University of Minnesota Medical School is a world-class institution with a long history of leadership and discoveries that have changed the practice of medicine. We engage undergraduate students in science and medicine, educate medical students, and engage postdocs in research.

About the Job/Job Duties:
The individual will spend their 0.16875 FTE (6.75 hours per week) as a teacher for undergraduate medical education

Required Qualifications:
Terminal degree that is recognized by the discipline is required (PhD, MD)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $20,000 - $40,000, depending on education/qualifications/experience.
