Qualifications The Development Coordinator is a programmatic support role within the Mass General Brigham Development Office. With appropriate guidance, the Coordinator handles several important functions for the Internal Communications team, including assisting with logistics for the weekly employee newsletter, intranet posts, leadership communications, staff activities, and the All Staff meeting. This role requires basic content management, web, email, marketing, and design work, as well as administrative tasks including calendar management and scheduling, data entry, preparations and follow-up for meetings and events, managing business expenses, among others. Qualifications High School Diploma required and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-building role. Bachelor's degree preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:
Additional Job Details (if applicable) The target salary range for this position is $50,000 - $53,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
