Customer Support Professional Location:Rome, NY Job ID: #73116 Pay Range: $22-25 Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer purchase orders and support demand team. Key Responsibilities Pull and manage customer purchase orders for both Aftermarket (AM) and Original Equipment (OE), including any revisions. Review purchase orders against approved pricing, terms, and conditions. Provide a strong customer service experience for customers and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proven background in customer service or contract administration.
