Inside Sales Representative - Level 2 (Temporary)

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a temporary Inside Sales Representative. This temporary position will not exceed six months of service with the possibility of converting to full-time employee. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Level 2 will support the FedData Technology Solutions' sales team by independently responding to sales opportunities presented by Account Executives. Employees at this level will be responsible for end-to-end sales support, working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Distribution Partners to generate best value proposals to our customers. They are expected to be professional, collaborative, and highly responsive to deadlines and customer requirements proactively solving problems as they arise.

Collaborate with sales staff to close deals
• Independently engage with and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and customers
• Independently work with OEMs and Distributors to secure best pricing
• Independently respond to requests for price quotes
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and OEMs
• Track status of opportunities and update management, Salesforce, and customers
• Generate status reports
• Understand and collaboratively work with others FedData departments to increase process efficiency

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required
• While no security clearance is required for this position, candidates should be eligible for a clearance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Three to five years of experience working with US government customers, Information Technology (IT) OEMs, or IT distributors (May accept less experience of candidate has a Bachelor's degree)
• Three to five years of experience providing sales support (May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor's degree)
• Computer proficiency with CRM tools and office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset

PREFERRED

• Prior experience with and IT Value-Added Reseller or Distributor
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with Salesforce
• Active security clearance

Pay Scale:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000-80,000.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).

Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
