Lead Barista (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Provides exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintains assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally's Lake Tahoe standards

Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service experience. (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Starbucks location (preferred)
Must be able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment. (preferred)
Able to build lasting relationships with guests and Team Members. (preferred)
Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. (preferred)
Requires the ability to participate in strenuous labor. (preferred)
Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. (preferred)
