Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, material handling, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires regular lifting, palletizing, loading and unloading trucks, and working both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as an active member of the warehouse team.

Job Responsibilities



  • Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
  • Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
  • Palletize, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, and returns activities as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and work area.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
  • Assist with material handling and general warehouse support as needed.
  • Learn product information and warehouse processes necessary to perform assigned duties.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support changing operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling, delivery, or related operations preferred.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification; certification will be provided.
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, palletizing, loading, unloading, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to actively participate and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not air-conditioned.


Additional Job Details (Commute, Attendance, etc.)



  • Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • Available shifts: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • The indoor warehouse area is not climate-controlled.
  • Interview process includes an initial phone screen followed by an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
