Accounts Payable Specialist Join a growing organization where your attention to detail and accounting expertise will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and accounting records while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities Process and enter vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and maintain accurate records within accounting systems. Reconcile processed transactions by verifying entries and comparing system reports to account balances. Analyze invoices and expense reports to accurately code and allocate expenses. Manage vendor payments by monitoring discount opportunities, preparing payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring proper application of credits. Maintain accounting ledgers through accurate posting and verification of transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and update vendor information as needed. Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements. Safeguard confidential financial and organizational information. Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, proofreading, and record maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of accounts payable activities. Qualifications 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience. Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice management, and vendor relations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
