Senior Associate - Transaction Advisory Services A specialized advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with private equity investors, strategic acquirers, and high-growth businesses throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role provides hands-on exposure to financial due diligence engagements, meaningful client interaction, and involvement in key investment and acquisition decisions. Position Overview The Senior Associate will play an integral role in the execution of buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. Working alongside experienced advisory professionals, this individual will conduct financial analyses, identify key transaction risks and opportunities, and help deliver insights that support critical business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to leverage their accounting or audit background in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment with significant exposure to M&A activity. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements Analyze quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt positions Evaluate historical financial performance and identify key business drivers and trends Participate in management meetings, diligence calls, and client discussions Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources Prepare financial analyses, reports, and client-ready deliverables Identify transaction-related risks, opportunities, and proposed adjustments Collaborate closely with senior team members to support clients through the deal process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification preferred 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, transaction advisory, or a related field Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why Join?
