Bringing Home the Dough $20 - $25 an hour- based on projected academic level at time of internship Location:* Onsite-Atlanta, GA Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities As a Market Consultant Intern, you will support IDPs (independent distributer partners), Marketing, and Retail Sales, in ensuring our iconic brands are properly executed in the market. Utilizing digital tools, you will be able to show promotion execution wins and opportunities for continued growth. In this role you will work with our Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities that will accelerate our growth while still allowing us to meet existing customers' needs and expectations. The Market Consultant Intern will work with a Market Vice President to review trip reports, sales data, and personal growth objectives. This role will allow personal and professional growth through meaningful projects that encourage the use of current and developing skills. Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills; service mentality Ability to work as a team - Energize self and others Ability to inspire excellence - Model lifelong learning- curiosity and creativity Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4-year degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
