What to Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced and analytical Project Manager to join our AmericasSales and Delivery Organization, supporting the Business Generation team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of outbound programs designed to increase brand awareness, drive top-of-funnel demand, and improve conversion.

As a Business Generation Project Manager- Campaign Analytics, you will own program performance: defining KPIs, building scalable reporting, and translating data into clear recommendationsand strategythat improve field and national outcomes. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex multi-channel initiatives, and build systems and resources that help Tesla's field teams execute consistently and measure what works. Your contributions will have a direct, measurable impact on campaign volume, engagement, opportunity creation, and conversion.

This role can be located at any Sales, Service or Delivery location in the United States.


What You'll Do
  • Own performance measurement across Business Generation channels - events, paid media, and earned media - including KPI definition, dashboarding, weekly/QTD recaps, and executive-ready insights to identify trends, gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Build and manage centralized field enablement resources - toolkits, playbooks, request portals, and reporting templates - that support a repeatable, data-informed go-to-market motion
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities across channels; prioritize investments based on performance, efficiency, and strategic fit
  • Design and improve workflows through automation, standardization, and best practices - reducing manual effort and improving data quality and speed-to-insight
