KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, FS Asset Management Data & Analytics to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement through the design and implementation of product lifecycle management
  • Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models
  • Assist KPMG teams in the daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations and help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice
  • Develop proof of concepts and engage with technical and business stakeholders to determine design and implementation feasibility
  • Leverage Gen-AI/Agentic framework to provide recommendations on optimizing business processes for high-impact use cases
  • Support proposal and business development activities by enabling solution toolkits and building business relationships with key executives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in technology project management and automation of business processes within advisory firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in information technology, accounting, business, computer science, or a related field is required
  • Strong background working in business or technical lead assisting in the development on product delivery and managing a large global delivery team
  • Experience in Python, SQL, data modeling, AWS, Gen-AI Integration and advanced data analytics
  • Strong background working in as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Asset Management
  • Ability to lead and deliver the end-to-end development lifecycle of Asset Management solution offerings and ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Travel locally onsite three to four days per week
