Job Duties: Redesign sourcing and purchasing workflows to cut cycle times and strengthen controls Improve source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes with Finance, Legal, AP, and IT Identify automation opportunities and lead systems initiatives Manage the Purchasing Card program, Concur travel administration, and global credit card program Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance Build KPIs and spend analytics; partner cross-functionally as a strategic advisor Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field Experience Requirements: 5+ years of progressive sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management experience Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives and a global supplier portfolio, including staff abroad Proficiency in Oracle EBS (Purchasing, Suppliers, Credit Cards, Approvals) and advanced Excel Preferred Qualifications: CPSM, CIPS, or CSCP certification Logicgate experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance This is a rare chance to shape sourcing strategy for a global organization and grow your career with a team that values impact.
