Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Production Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, inspecting products to ensure quality and safety standards are met, and assisting with general production activities. This position requires physical activity, including lifting, climbing steps, and shoveling as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect production materials and finished products for quality and defects.
Perform routine production and housekeeping tasks.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds as required.
Climb steps and access equipment or production areas when necessary.
Perform shoveling and other physically demanding tasks as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures, production standards, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to climb steps and perform occasional shoveling.
Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a production environment

• Longevity at previous jobs
• Previous Manufacturing Experience Preferred
