Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 1-3 yearsof experience, preferably with exposure to talent acquisition and /or HR coordination.
  • Experience or exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn, and other HR tools.
  • Working knowledge of standard HR practices and processes (recruiting support, onboarding, employee changes, record retention).
  • Experience with booking travel and expense platform preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, audits, and documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer service mindset when interacting with employees, leaders, and external contacts.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ability to grasp new technology and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Support People Services team with hiring efforts for employees and contractors including activities such as: sourcing, recruiting, interviewing scheduling, offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding tasks.
  • Actively source and engage talent using a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, social media, career fairs, Google, etc.) for current and future openings.
  • Proactively leverage our CRM System to source applicants and promote recruiting campaigns.
  • Attend college recruiting and corporate events as needed.
  • Accurately input data into HR System for new hires, current employees, and terminations.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with record retention policies.
  • Responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks such as: logistical support for HR events, check requests, booking travel, preparing and submitting expense reports, submitting material requisitions, ordering office supplies, and facilities requests.
  • Apply established process documentation to various HR requests to ensure consistent and thorough processing.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within the People Services & Rewards Team, including opportunities to further embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our daily workflows.
  • Support New Hire Orientation an other onboarding activities.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Additional Information
