PWSB is seeking a full-time Loan Fulfillment Specialist to join our Loan Operations team at our Port Washington location. This position plays an important role in managing and coordinating the commercial loan closing process from approval through funding and loan boarding. The position serves as the operational liaison between lenders, credit administration, commercial support staff, commercial loan processing, attorneys, title companies, borrowers, and other third parties to help ensure commercial transactions close accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with approved terms. The role is responsible for file triage, closing coordination, documentation readiness reviews, quality control, exception management, and workflow monitoring so commercial loan files are complete and documentation-ready before reaching Commercial Loan Processing

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of commercial loan documentation, loan closing, loan operations, credit administration, title, paralegal, or related banking experience required
  • Experience with commercial real estate, entity documentation, collateral documentation, flood, insurance, title, and post-closing exception tracking preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to read and understand organizational documents, resolutions, insurance evidence, title commitments, flood determinations, and collateral documentation
