What You'll Do

  • Research, design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.

  • Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve stability and performance.

  • Evaluate and implement software enhancements, upgrades, and modernization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.

  • Provide technical guidance and project updates to stakeholders and customers.

  • Partner with colleagues across engineering and business functions to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Support compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational security standards.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma and at least 3 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year working with .NET technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related development technologies.

  • Experience building applications with ReactJS.

  • Understanding of multi-tier architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threaded applications, and shared services.

  • Experience with unit testing, mock-data testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

  • Experience working within Agile development environments.

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with Delphi development.

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and software modernization initiatives.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.
