As Marketing Manager, you'll help drive the future growth of the district while leading some of the most exciting pursuits and marketing initiatives in the region. • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing and brand plans.
• Strong pursuit, proposal, and business development support experience.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Expertise across marketing channels, including digital, social media, web, print, advertising, and video.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and strategic communications skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly In Design), Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
