About the Organization

We are a leading technology company helping people and businesses connect around opportunities, information, and resources that matter. Our platform operates at significant scale, bringing together millions of users, employers, and partners through products and experiences designed to make important decisions easier and more effective.

We're a data-driven organization where marketing and Growth play a critical role in connecting our products with the audiences we serve. Our teams work across channels, markets, and customer segments, using technology, data, and insights to continually improve how we reach people and drive meaningful business outcomes.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Insights & Reporting Specialist to turn marketing and pipeline data into better business decisions.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Business Intelligence (BI). You'll use existing dashboards and data infrastructure to understand what's happening across our campaigns, channels, and funnel - then turn those findings into clear recommendations for where we should focus, invest, and optimize.

This is an insights and analysis role, not a dashboard-building role. You'll be the person asking, "What is the data telling us, and what should we do about it?" You'll partner closely with BI to ensure the underlying reporting and data keep pace with the questions Growth needs to answer.

What You'll Do

Insights & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Size and quantify opportunities across markets, segments, and products to inform prioritization.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline velocity.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing Transformation to translate data into strategy and business priorities.
  • Bring together disparate performance signals to tell a clear story and help leaders understand what is happening and why.

Budget Pacing & Projections

  • Own forward-looking budget pacing and spend projections across channels and campaigns, helping ensure investment remains ROI-positive.
  • Track progress against OKRs and connect budget pacing and campaign performance to team-level goals.
  • Identify pacing or ROI risks early and recommend data-backed opportunities to reallocate investment.
  • Support goal tracking and forecasting through thoughtful, data-driven projections.
  • Coordinate with the Growth Operations Lead, who owns budget tracking and actuals, to ensure pacing and tracking remain aligned and reconciled.

Ad Hoc Reporting & BI Partnership

  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for Growth leadership as priorities and business questions arise.
  • Act as the primary point of alignment with BI, which builds and maintains the underlying dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
  • Define reporting requirements, clarify business questions, and validate KPI definitions to ensure BI solutions reflect what Growth actually needs.
  • Help ensure KPI and metric definitions are applied consistently across reporting.
  • Surface data-quality and coverage gaps to BI rather than creating independent workarounds.
  • Triage reporting requests from Campaign Leaders and Managers, determining what can be handled by the team versus what requires BI support.

What You'll Influence

Your work will help shape decisions around:

  • Pipeline sourced and influenced
  • Campaign and channel ROI
  • Budget pacing accuracy vs. plan
  • OKR attainment across Growth priorities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Insights, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with dashboards built by others rather than building them from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting budget forecasting, pacing, or performance management in a marketing or revenue context.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.

Key Skills

  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Looker as appropriate. You don't need to be a BI developer; you need to be an excellent consumer and interpreter of data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working across BI, Operations, Growth, Marketing, Channels, and Sales without needing to own each team's systems.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to balance reactive business questions with ongoing, evergreen analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a bias toward turning analysis into action.

Why This Role Matters

Our Growth organization generates a significant amount of data across campaigns, channels, markets, and the marketing funnel. The opportunity is not simply to report on that data - it's to use it to make smarter decisions about where we invest, what we prioritize, and how we grow.

In this role, you'll have broad visibility into marketing performance and a direct opportunity to influence how Growth leaders allocate resources, evaluate performance, and achieve their goals.

If you enjoy digging into the numbers, finding the story behind the data, and turning insights into action, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a company operating at significant scale.
