APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design, develop, test, and support advanced digital hardware systems and electronic equipment. Create and maintain complex schematics and printed circuit board (PCB) designs. Develop multilayer PCB layouts incorporating controlled impedance routing and blind micro-via technologies. Analyze and troubleshoot signal integrity, crosstalk, and high-speed digital circuit performance. Support the design and integration of processors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to future technology development efforts. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of digital hardware design experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years of digital hardware design experience. 8+ years of experience with schematic capture and electronic hardware development. 8+ years of experience designing multilayer printed circuit boards with controlled impedance requirements. 5+ years of experience performing signal integrity analysis, crosstalk analysis, and hardware verification. 5+ years of experience working with microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and SoC architectures. 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and validating complex digital hardware designs. What Sets You Apart: Experience using Mentor Graphics or similar advanced PCB design tools. High-reliability electronics, aerospace, defense, or space-program experience. Experience performing worst-case analysis and stress analysis. Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to identify and implement innovative design solutions. Experience working in research and development environments. Interest in applying emerging technologies, including AI, to improve design processes and engineering efficiency. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen. Overtime: May be required based on project schedules and business needs. Schedule: Flexible scheduling options may be available, including a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
