Position Summary The Sr. Recruiter at Cirtec Medical is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including highly skilled, technical, professional, leadership, and specialized roles across our U.S. and international locations. This role serves as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and leaders, providing expertise in talent acquisition strategy, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate assessment, and selection. The Sr. Recruiter will develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The Sr. Recruiter is expected to bring a high level of independence, judgment, urgency, and recruiting expertise, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of Cirtec's Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and employer brand. This is required to be onsite 4 days per week in Brooklyn Park, MN Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to conduct effective position intake meetings, understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill, technical, professional, leadership, and specialized positions.
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, professional associations, talent communities, and other creative sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong passive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation, market conditions, candidate expectations, and recruiting strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating technical qualifications, experience, competencies, career motivation, and alignment with Cirtec's values and culture.
- Provide hiring managers with clear, objective candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
- Partner with Compensation/HR to develop competitive offers and effectively communicate total rewards and employment opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity within the ATS and ensure compliance with applicable recruiting and employment laws.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and use data to identify trends, improve recruiting effectiveness, and proactively address challenges.
- Monitor labor-market trends, competitive talent markets, and recruiting best practices, particularly within the medical device, manufacturing, engineering, and life sciences industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies when appropriate.
- Participate in employer branding, recruiting events, career fairs, university recruiting, referral initiatives, and other talent attraction activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience and continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes.
- Support the development and implementation of recruiting programs, tools, templates, and best practices across Cirtec's locations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Recruiters and other members of the Talent Acquisition team, sharing sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and recruiting expertise.
- Support special Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.
Must Have
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions and levels, including technical, professional, and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including passive candidate recruiting.
- Previous experience in CDMO or Medical Device highly preferred
- Previous staffing agency experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, candidates, and HR partners.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and challenge assumptions when appropriate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify both strengths and potential concerns.
- Strong understanding of recruiting compliance, including EEO, OFCCP, applicable employment laws, and fair and consistent selection practices.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technology, Jobvite preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a distributed HR and Talent Acquisition team.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Salary Range - $80,000 to 100,000 based on skills and experience WORKING ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
