What You'll Be Doing as a Program Management Office Portfolio Resource Manager: The PMO Portfolio Resource Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing organization wide resource planning, portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance. This position ensures that all corporate initiatives are evaluated, resourced, and sequenced according to organizational strategy and capacity. The role partners extensively with Executives, Directors, and PMO Team to shape the project portfolio, optimize talent deployment, and support high level decision making. The PMO Portfolio Resource Manager leads the governance cadence for the Executive Steering Committee and plays a critical role in advising senior leadership on portfolio tradeoffs, resourcing impacts, and strategic alignment across all business areas. This position reports to the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO). Organization-wide Resource Strategy
