Ground Ops QA Auditor Overview: The Ground Operations Quality Assurance Auditor reports to the Manager of Ground Operations Compliance. The Ground Operations Quality Assurance Auditor assists the Director of Airport Operations, Regional Directors, and Manager of Ground Operations Compliance in ensuring all regulatory requirements, standards and internal processes, policies, and procedures set by Sun Country Airlines are being complied with system wide through internal evaluation of stations as part of the ground operations quality assurance program. Secondary responsibilities include (but not limited to) assisting the Manager of Ground Training in planning, organizing, and delivering classroom training, and on the job training of Sun Country regulations, standards, and policies to customer facing employees and contracted representatives. Compensation: Range: $50-58,000 Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Work Location: Las Vegas, NV (onsite) Supervisory Responsibility: None Additional Notes: Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. This job will also be required to occasionally operate at the airport at the ticket counter, gate, ramp, and baggage areas. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
