Your Role The Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The Systems Analyst-Consultant will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager . In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies Deep experience leading analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains, including end-to-end process and data flows. Proven ability to align senior stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and measurable outcomes. Strong governance, quality, documentation, traceability, controls, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business partners. Healthcare experience required; pharmacy knowledge preferred, along with expert SQL/database skills and experience with Agile, Product Model, DevSecOps, and Agile tools. Demonstrated ability to coach senior analysts, scale reusable patterns/templates/metrics, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-moving environment. #LI-KW1
