Schedules:



  • 1st Shift + 2nd Shift
  • Both Monday - Friday
  • OT and weekends as needed

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training in Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, production documentation, and basic engineering specifications.


Experience Requirements

  • 1 year of previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, production, PCB assembly, or electromechanical assembly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures.
  • Experience with soldering, wiring, component installation, inspection, testing, or basic troubleshooting is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCB), and subassemblies.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, microscopes, and production equipment.
  • Familiarity with SMT, PTH, soldering techniques, SPC data collection, and quality inspection processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and nonconforming materials.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with operators, engineers, supervisors, and quality teams.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to assemble and inspect small electronic components.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a microscope when required.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling, positioning, and installing components.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly; some positions may require lifting up to 50 pounds and moving larger equipment or racks.
  • Must possess close vision, color vision, and the ability to focus on detailed work.


Job Duties



  • Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, subassemblies, and finished products according to work orders, assembly drawings, and specifications.
  • Install, mount, connect, solder, crimp, rivet, fasten, and secure components using approved methods and tools.
  • Perform in-process inspections, go/no-go testing, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Set up workstations with required materials, documentation, and components.
  • Perform basic repair, rework, touch-up, and defect identification activities.
  • Collect production and quality data, document nonconforming material, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate production, quality, and process issues to supervisors and engineering teams.
  • Support continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, and safe manufacturing practices.
