KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Forensic for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Sell and drive pursuits to help clients in uncovering and assessing the relevant facts concerning alleged or suspected misconduct Focus in areas of bribery and corruptions (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), data analytics, financial reporting fraud, cyber fraud and misconduct, cross-border, and data breach Manage engagement and internal teams Meet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts as well as report and measure progress against quarterly goals with national/area/industry leadership and performance manager Manage the business opportunities at assigned accounts to help determine KPMG is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high quality services Qualifications: Ten years plus of experience in forensic investigations and dispute advisory services Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, or a related field Background in forensic accounting, litigation, computer forensics, data analytics, finance, and/or law enforcement Expansive relationships with law firms and corporate law departments across the geography Experience developing and leading relationship building activities with C- level (CEO, CFO, CIO, Tax Directors, HR Vice Presidents) executives KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
