Job Description

Ensign-Bickford Industries is seeking a Manager, HR Technology to lead the digital transformation of our Human Resources function.

This newly created role will modernize HR processes, strengthen our Workday ecosystem, expand employee self-service, and deliver data-driven insights to support better workforce decisions. You will partner with HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and consultants to build scalable technology solutions across our global organization.

• Own EBI's HR technology strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Optimize Workday across HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Security, reporting, and integrations.

• Automate and streamline core HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, compensation, and exits.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics related to headcount, turnover, engagement, talent, and workforce trends.

• Identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation, integrations, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform tools.

• Lead HR technology projects and coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors.

• Improve HR data governance, security, privacy, compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.

• Support change management, communications, training, and technology adoption.

• Establish visual management tools to monitor process status, issues, adoption, and performance.

• Significant experience designing, implementing, optimizing, or supporting HR technology and HRIS solutions.

• Strong expertise with Workday and its broader ecosystem.

• Experience leading digital transformation, workflow automation, integrations, system upgrades, or process redesign.

• Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.

• Experience applying GenAI to improve HR processes and productivity.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

You bring a practical Kaizen mindset and focus on delivering measurable improvements - not technology for its own sake.

• Establish and execute a multi-year HR technology roadmap.

• Reduce manual work and improve key HR lifecycle processes.

• Increase Workday self-service adoption to at least 80% within 12 months.

• Deliver actionable workforce dashboards and reporting.

• Improve HR data accuracy, reporting quality, governance, and compliance.

• Use stakeholder feedback to prioritize future improvements.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
