Job summary

The BI Analyst is responsible for designing and developing Tableau dashboards to extract and integrate data from various environments. The role involves data modeling and using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel to translate complex datasets into clear insights for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities
• Communicate findings effectively to client audiences and business stakeholders
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Tableau for report-level transformations and measures
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Tableau
• Work in a source-controlled Tableau environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
• Understanding of key project metrics including KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance
• Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision making
