APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Set up, calibrate, and repair high-volume filling and packaging machinery. Troubleshoot and help resolve routine manufacturing equipment issues impacting daily operations. Record and maintain accurate maintenance activities using Cal PM software. Communicate equipment and production line performance during daily team huddles. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience setting up, calibrating, or repairing manufacturing machinery. What Sets You Apart: 1+ years' experience setting up, maintaining and repairing high-volume filling and packaging machinery. Experience with computers, including office applications Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic fluidic and basic electronic control systems Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities Ability to follow and adhere to written work instructions Good verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
