The Mass General Brigham Development Office is seeking a highly organized and creative Development Officer to join its Multimedia team. This role combines production coordination, project management, and multimedia content development to help bring compelling donor stories to life across video and digital platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications and Strategy, this position provides a unique opportunity to build experience in multimedia production and storytelling while advancing the philanthropic mission of MGB. The Development Officer will support the planning and execution of multimedia projects from concept through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, workflows, and production logistics while assisting with video editing and content development. Working closely with members of the Multimedia team, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Candidates should have experience with editing video content for various audiences and platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, communications, marketing, or a related field required and 2-3 years of related experience.
