Job Summary
The Proposal Specialist is responsible for coordinating, developing, and producing proposals, presentations, and communication materials that consistently and effectively represent the Company. This role primarily supports the preparation of compliant responses to client's Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Responsibilities also include support of CRM data entry, data maintenance, quality, updates, and reporting. The successful candidate will assist Business Development and other departments by preparing presentations and communications for internal and external audiences. Additional responsibilities include reformatting existing content and developing and creating new content that clearly communicates key sales themes through narrative, illustration, and graphics. This position will also collaborate with functional leadership to develop project and company narratives and provide general ad hoc support for the organization. Essential Functions
