  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product designers and software engineers to meticulously review product requirements, proactively identify potential blockers, and establish realistic feature timelines, maintaining clear alignment across all teams.
  • Orchestrate Review Processes: Organize and facilitate critical design reviews with internal and leadership stakeholders, diligently capturing all feedback, documenting key decision points, and managing follow-up actions to ensure swift progress.
  • Bridge Design & Technical Gaps: Serve as the essential connector between UX design and engineering teams, translating design vision into clear technical requirements and ensuring engineers receive comprehensive specifications and assets for efficient development.
  • Ensure Transparent Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date visibility on project timelines, potential risks, and inter-team dependencies for both design and engineering leadership, enabling informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Product-Led Project Management Expertise: 3-6+ years of hands-on project management experience, deeply embedded within a software product team, with a proven track record of successfully shipping complex web applications, sophisticated web tools, or SaaS interfaces for both desktop and mobile web environments.

  • Exceptional Execution & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tactical day-to-day workflows, including scheduling and running review meetings, diligently pursuing requirements, confidently pushing back when details are insufficient, and consistently keeping project teams on track.
  • Outstanding Cross-Functional Communication: Clear, proactive, and articulate written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with designers, product managers, and software engineers across various disciplines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
